Case Study: Residential Conversion, Former Post Office, Llangaffo
Private Individual
Client
Llangaffo, Isle of Anglesey County Council
Project location
Our client approached us after closing down their Post Office business.
The Post Office and associated retail unit was no longer required after failing to sell as a result of marketing the business as a ‘going concern’.
The scope was to covert the Post Office and retail unit into a 3 bedroom dwellinghouse.
The application was supported by a Supporting Planning Statement produced by NJ Planning to show that the conversion complied with adopted planning policy including marketing and residential amenity, together with close liaison with the planning officer during determination.
Project description
Client testimonial
“After being let down last minute by a previous company, Neil Foxall of NJ Planning stepped in and delivered a great service. He was thoughtful, efficient and went beyond in helping us it get where we needed to be. We had to close our shop and post office and needed this part of our home changed to residential in order to sell. We would highly recommend his service and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future”
