Project location

Restoration and refurbishment of Tanrallt Hall together with the development of 2no. large executive homes and 4no. bungalows within the grounds of the Hall.

A number of issues were identified, mitigated and resolved as part of the preparation, submission and management of the planning application. NJ Planning managed the design team and helped to procure the required specialist input where necessary.

Any pre-commencement conditions were discharged in order for the client to commence construction.
