NJ Planning Ltd have been commissioned to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation which gives an opportunity to comment directly to the developer on the proposed development prior to the submission of a planning application to the local planning authority (“LPA”).

Description of Development

Murdock Investments Ltd intend to submit a full planning application for the proposed development of a holiday lodge park comprising 22 detached eco-lodges, together with a maintenance building, internal access roads, two site access points, parking, refuse storage, a children’s play area and associated drainage infrastructure.

The development also includes permeable surfacing, a wetland/pond feature, new landscaping and native planting, meadow and habitat management, replacement hedgerow and tree planting, ecological enhancement measures including bird, bat and owl boxes, and the eradication of invasive non-native plant species.
